YourPet is a pet-services marketplace for the UAE and GCC. You can discover trusted local providers for grooming, walking, boarding, vet visits and more, then book and pay securely in one place.
How does booking work?
Each service is either instant (confirmed right away) or request-to-book (the provider accepts within a set time). You pick your pet and a slot, pay securely, and follow the booking status at every step.
Can I manage more than one pet?
Yes. You can create a profile for each of your pets, including their health passport, so every booking carries the details a provider needs.
What is the Emergency Pet Card?
It is a QR card that carers, sitters or a vet can consult without the app, so your pet's key information is available anywhere, even in an emergency.
How are payments handled?
Payments are processed securely, with the service amount shown up front. Cancellation and refund terms depend on each provider's policy, which is shown before you book.
Is my data safe?
Your data is protected and access is isolated per account. You stay in control of your pets' information and your booking history.
